• Alumni x Parents Teachers Association Members - Review and collect feedback on Alumni Activities
• Coaching and Mentoring: 1x1 with some students and Alumni. Staff will prepare a list of students.

2:30 PM - 6:00 PM - Sports / Interaction (SPOC: Ravindra J11 and other J11 alumni)

• Games: Lagori, Lemon-n-Spoon, 3-Legged Race, Musical Chair, etc.

6:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Networking and Campfire in Basket Ball court

8:30 PM - 10:00 PM Moonlight Dinner

10:00 PM - 12:00 PM - Walkathon, Campfire (continues for Alumni), Interaction, etc. (SPOC: Mahadev J12)

Dec 5, 2010:

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM - Plantation of Trees

10:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Alumni Meet (SPOC: Ravi Sir, Principal): Journey of JNVG and Alumni, Prize Distribution, Cultural events

2:30 PM - 4:00 PM - Announcement and review of plan for Silver Jubilee Celebrations (SPOC: Venkatesh J3)

4:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Networking

Action Items:

1. Accommodation and food can be arranged for the night of Dec 4, 2010. We have to confirm the exact numbers to Ravi sir.
2. Shamiyana and Public Address System for Sports
3. Illumination of Basket Ball court
4. Get about 500 Car/Bike stickers ready for distribution to Alumni
5. Printing about 500 calendars with Milana logo

There are a few other things planned, which will be carried out in parallel:

1. LAB Setup: Setting up ubuntu in the lab
